QYW20-25pneumatic submersible sewage pump structure and working principle
QYW20-25 pneumatic submersible sewage pump by pneumatic motor, water pump, oil mist, pipe and muffler is composed of five parts.
1.Pneumatic motor parts：
Consists of rotor, blade, cylinder, cylinder head, shell, bearing cover,cover, etc.. A radial groove four uniformly distributed on the rotor,groove equipped with blade, on the cylinder head, each have a blowvent. The wind pump start-up, high pressure blowing from the eye willslot leaves blown open, while a large number of high pressure from the main air duct into the cylinder, the blades, driven by the rotation of the rotor. In the bottom of the shell a seal cavity, cavity sealing ring, water separated from gas.
